Step 1. Click or Call for Help Desk Support

Customers or prospects can connect with a sales or help desk support representative using a Web site button or Web link sent by the help desk agent. Customers or prospects can submit questions that appear in the online help desk request queue.

Step 2: Begin a Sales or Remote Control Support Session

The help desk agent begins a sales or remote control support session by clicking on the help desk message in the queue, and immediately the session begins.

Step 3. Remote Control or Demonstrate Product

Once a help desk session has begun, a help desk support representative can escalate the session to remote control functionality and remotely view or control the customer or help desk prospect's screen. A sales agent can show products on their own screen via desktop streaming.
